Gratitude is rewarding. It's showing that success is appreciated by a leader. However, it is not limited to success. Positively recognizing an individual or event can be all that is required to celebrate. It's a good time to be happy. From a personal point of view, each of us has either accomplished something and felt discouraged that it wasn't noticed (or maybe it was noticed, but not noticed in any way), or we have accomplished something and felt very positive because our work was given genuine attention.

Positivity, self-esteem, and relaxation are all cultivated through celebration. It increments good sentiments an individual has about themselves and their association. Effects on the Individual Positive Psychology asserts that feelings of gratitude can result in:

More contentment with life as a whole, better sleep, resilience, and the potential to see more patients. Less cellular inflammation and a lower risk of burnout. Effects on the team.  An increase in socially beneficial behaviours Stronger relationships Increased group efficiency and job satisfaction.

There is no doubt that recognizing individuals' and the group's accomplishments brings about both short-term and long-term benefits. It may also have a trickle-down effect, with the leader and the rest of the team reaping the benefits. However, rewarding team members is frequently overlooked; Focusing on what needs to be done to get there can get in the way.
